Local support but most honestly the melodeath/-core is outstanding! I had "Burning Bridges" on repeat for weeks in a row, when I had this on iMusic. Though I would add it here as well. Highly recommended! Favorite track: Burning Bridges.

Funeral Fog Thanks to Unknown Melodeath, this band peaked my interest. And damn if it ever got me hooked from the opening track. Love the choirs & polished sound quality. This album will definitely be on my best of 2020 metal albums list. Favorite track: Until Death.

Monia Lisa This exquisite album begins with a stunning opening track, probably the best intro ever. The vocals are outstanding, varying from deep to bloodthirsty gutturals. The keyboards provide an epic soundscape, but never overshine the brilliant guitar riffs. The drummer also did an incredible work in focusing much more on precision and speed rather than brutality. Finally, the clear production allows for everything to blend flawlessly together.
This beauty is a great achievement. Favorite track: Burning Bridges.

I really cant pick a favorite track, this whole album kicks so much ass with its intensity and ferocity from beginning to end. Definitely a new favorite artist. Really gives off Necrophobic vibes with the melodies and atmosphere. Andrés Salas

Pity that I could not find the deluxe edition with LoG's Laid to Rest. Nevertheless I wanted to add Elegy to my BC collection. It's unique as it is a delightful mix of symphony and deathcore. The vocals are just the perfect "5th element" that allows both styles to intertwine perfectly. Ben Duerr is the perfect vocalist for this role. The Elegy trilogy at the end is just the apotheose of death-gasm, it's a good trip down to memory lane as I've seen S.O.I. live last year! sachavonkarl74
